Monrovia Schools Foundation was established in 1987 by a group of concerned educators, parents, and community leaders with the purpose of securing funds for local schools and providing support for school programs and projects that enrich the lives of our students. Monrovia Schools Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, charitable organization that over the past eight years has gifted over $450,000.00 to the Monrovia Unified School District (MUSD) community.
We are a group made of parents, teachers, former parents, former students, Monrovians, and alumni, all dedicated to making our schools a safe and rich learning environment for every generation.

Through these important programs and sponsorships, Monrovia Schools Foundation has invested in the future of this community by supporting a positive learning environment, championing greater student achievement, and providing exciting enrichment opportunities for MUSD students and their families.
Monrovia Schools Foundation is here to help during the current state budget crisis that is affecting our local schools. This year, the foundation is expanding its role in the community by providing more funding for our schools during this time of need by putting their focus on three areas of concern for our local schools:
- Student/Teacher ratio
- Enrichment programs
- Safe Schools
We need your help too! These vital programs and support for MUSD students are dependent on the generous gifts and funding from school families and the community at- large. Monrovia Schools Foundation would like to personally invite every MUSD family and Monrovia citizen to make a donation to the future of this community and support our students during this critical time.
Your generous gift to the foundation will help us to continue supporting our Mission: to provide Monrovia students with a quality and enriching education.
